Using this website
We aim to make the website clear, keyboard-friendly and compatible with common assistive technologies. You should be able to zoom text, navigate headings and links, use forms with visible labels and understand images through alternative text where those images convey information.
Our standard
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. The website has not yet undergone a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim complete conformance.
Known limitations
- Some decorative or older photographic content may not yet have ideal alternative descriptions.
- Some downloadable PDFs may not be fully optimised for screen readers or keyboard navigation.
- Third-party booking or social-media services have their own accessibility arrangements.

Planning an accessible visit
Our adapted farmhouse buildings vary in age, layout and level access. Please contact us before travelling to discuss step-free routes, accessible bedrooms, parking, toilets, seating, dietary requirements or any other reasonable adjustment. We will explain the most suitable options honestly.
Feedback
Tell us if you find an accessibility problem or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements. Include the page or task involved and the assistive technology used where helpful. We will investigate and aim to respond within 10 working days.
Enforcement
If you are dissatisfied with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service can provide information and advice about the Equality Act 2010.
