Our rooms sit within a collection of inherited farmhouse buildings that have been adapted over time. They are individual, informal and varied rather than uniform hotel rooms, and our prices reflect the size, facilities and style of each room type.
Some are compact places to put your head down; others offer a little more space, a lounge area or room for a family or group. We describe each option clearly so you can choose the stay that suits you. Whichever you choose, the pub, food and relaxed Farmhouse atmosphere are just a few steps away.

Our entry-level double rooms offer a comfortable bedroom and a small en-suite shower room. They are a practical choice for guests who want a relaxed, no-fuss overnight stay.

Damson Barn

Larger than our Bramble rooms, each Damson has a small lounge area equipped for two people, with a double bedroom behind and a small en-suite shower room. Our dog-friendly rooms are located in Damson Barn only, so please select the correct room when booking.

A double bedroom for the grown-ups and a separate back room with two single beds, together with an en-suite shower room. These rooms are designed to keep a family together and are not intended as accommodation for four adults.

Set in the paddock with a field-side outlook, The Cabin is a small home from home with its own kitchen, lounge and two en-suite bedrooms. It offers more independence while keeping you close to everything at The Farmhouse.

Five bedrooms under one roof, ideal for family gatherings and group get-togethers. Think of Farmer’s Cottage as our own relaxed, farmhouse-style holiday home, giving everyone room to stay together. A minimum two-night stay applies.

Furry friends are
welcome too.
Our furry-friend-adapted rooms are located in Damson Barn only—provided your companion doesn’t hog the duvet. Please make sure you select the correct dog-friendly Damson Barn room when booking.
We welcome no more than two dogs per room, with a charge of £20 per dog, per stay. They’re welcome in the pub too, with doggy menus available and walks galore just beyond the door.

What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in may be available for £20, subject to availability.
Is reception open late?+
Yes. Reception is staffed until midnight, and online check-in is also available.
Where are the rooms located?+
Our rooms are located in separate blocks across the site rather than within the main building.
Are all the rooms on the ground floor?+
Yes, all rooms are on the ground floor except those within Farmer’s Cottage.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?+
No. Our rooms are centrally heated but are not air-conditioned.
Are family rooms suitable for four adults?+
No. Family rooms have a double bedroom and a separate back room with two single beds. They are designed for families with children and are not suitable for four adults sharing.
Do rooms have fridges or cooking facilities?+
The Cabin has its own fridge and kitchen. Our other rooms do not include fridges or cooking facilities.
Do you provide cots or extra beds?+
No. Cots and additional beds are not available.
What is your payment policy?+
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance is taken the day before arrival.
Is parking available?+
Yes. Free on-site parking is available, although vehicles and belongings are left at the owner’s risk.
Can I request a specific room?+
Rooms are allocated by room type rather than room number. We will note individual requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.
Do you have an accessible room?+
Yes. We have one accessible room. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm its suitability and availability.
Can I check in online?+
Yes. Online check-in is available, and the relevant pre-arrival details will be sent to you before your stay.
Can you amend a third-party booking?+
No. Bookings made through another provider must be changed or cancelled directly with that provider.
Is breakfast included?+
Our rooms are sold on a room-only basis. Breakfast can be added during your stay.
Can I smoke or vape in my room?+
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any room. A deep-cleaning charge will apply if this policy is breached.
Are dogs allowed?+
Yes. Our furry-friend-adapted rooms are located in Damson Barn only, so please select the correct dog-friendly Damson Barn room when booking. The charge is £20 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Doggy menus are available in the pub, with walks galore nearby.
What is included in the room?+
Rooms include daily servicing, towels, tea and coffee facilities, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
