Advance reservations allow us to balance our resident and local guests, prepare properly and give every table the warm, attentive service we want to deliver.

Hot Continental Breakfast
A little bit continental. A little bit cooked.
Help yourself to yoghurt, cereals, toast and preserves, freshly baked pastries and hot bacon and sausage rolls. Tea, coffee and fruit juice are included—and you are welcome to return for a little more of your favourite things.

Homemade Country Suppers
Familiar favourites, made the Farmhouse way.
Our traditional table d’hôte menu takes its cue from country-house kitchens and classic British hotel dining. Expect recognisable dishes prepared by our chefs with seasonal ingredients and a gently elevated twist—from venison sausages and buttery mash to homemade game pie and warm apple and blackberry pie with proper custard.

Saturday Bottomless Afternoon Tea
Choose your favourites. Go back for more.
One relaxed sitting with an abundant buffet of traditional finger sandwiches, sausage rolls, farmhouse quiche, scones, preserves and sweet treats. Choose only the things you love and return as often as you wish, with bottomless tea and coffee throughout.

We are taking a little more time before launching our full Farmhouse Sunday Carvery. In the meantime, Sunday Roast is served at the Pig & Peacock, with a traditional roast and desserts from the menu of the day.

Do I need to book?+
Yes. All food at The Pig & Peacock and Little Barn must be booked in advance, including breakfast, lunch, Farmhouse Suppers, Saturday Afternoon Tea and Pig & Peacock Sunday Roast. This helps us prepare for both resident and local guests and deliver the best possible service to every table.
Do you accept cash?+
No. The Farmhouse at Fincham is a cashless property. We accept credit cards, debit cards and contactless payments, but we do not accept cash anywhere on site.
When is the Supper Table served?+
Homemade Country Suppers are served Monday to Saturday, with reservation times every 30 minutes from 5:30pm until 8:30pm.
How does Saturday Bottomless Afternoon Tea work?+
Choose your favourites from the buffet and return as often as you wish during the 2:30–4:00pm sitting. Bottomless tea and coffee are included. Advance booking is required, with a £10-per-person non-refundable deposit.
Can you cater for Afternoon Tea dietary requirements?+
Vegetarian options are available. The current Afternoon Tea is not suitable for vegan or gluten-free diets.
When is the Sunday Table available?+
Pig & Peacock Sunday Roast is served from midday to 4:00pm. Mains are £18.95 and desserts are £6.95. Advance booking is required. Our full Farmhouse Sunday Carvery is coming soon.
