Membership is free, personal to the registered member and available to adults aged 18 or over. See the full Farmhouse Friends terms for points and membership rules.
Claiming an offer
Join before booking and mention “Farmhouse Friends offer” in the dining booking notes or event enquiry; “October Friends offer” also identifies the October dining offers. Provide registered details or show membership when requested. The member must make and attend a dining booking. The baby shower organiser and Christmas group lead booker must be members. All offers require advance booking, are subject to availability, cannot be applied retrospectively, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions or discounts.
October baby showers
Valid for new baby shower bookings confirmed between 1 and 31 October 2026 for an available future date, with the required event deposit paid by 31 October. The reception includes one 125ml house fizz or alcohol-free sparkling alternative per guest, for up to 25 guests. Additional guests or drinks are charged at the agreed event price. Standard event deposit and cancellation terms apply. Private event spending does not earn Farmhouse Friends points under the membership terms.
Christmas voucher
Valid for 2026 Christmas Party Nights and Christmas Supper bookings with at least 10 paying guests. One £20 voucher is issued to the member lead booker after the event takes place and is fully paid. If attendance falls below 10, or the booking is cancelled or not attended, no voucher is issued. Splitting a group into separate bookings does not create extra vouchers. The voucher is valid from issue until 31 March 2027 for one future food and drink transaction at The Farmhouse. It has no cash value or change, cannot pay deposits, event balances, accommodation or gift vouchers, and cannot be combined with another promotion. Standard Christmas event booking and cancellation terms apply.
Give dietary requirements when booking. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 or over. Points follow the membership terms.
