Membership
Farmhouse Friends is operated by The Farmhouse at Fincham Ltd. Membership is free, personal to the registered member and available to people aged 18 or over. We may ask you to confirm your registered details when earning or redeeming benefits.
Earning points
Members earn 1 point for every whole £1 spent on eligible food and drink at participating Farmhouse outlets. You must identify yourself before the transaction is completed. Points cannot normally be added retrospectively.
Eligible spending
Eligible spending generally includes qualifying food and drink purchased during an ordinary visit to The Pig & Peacock or Little Barn Restaurant.
Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, points are not earned on accommodation, weddings, wedding-related events, private events, venue hire, minimum spends, deposits, gift vouchers, gratuities, excluded promotional items or other products and services we identify as excluded.
Using points
Every 10 points gives a member £1 to redeem against a future eligible food and drink transaction. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and may not be combined with some promotions. We may set a reasonable minimum redemption or require sufficient points to cover the chosen redemption.
Offers
Member prices and Friday offers may have specific dates, booking requirements, availability limits and exclusions. The individual offer terms apply in addition to these membership terms. Offers are subject to availability and cannot normally be used retrospectively.
Communications
We use your details to administer membership and rewards. Marketing emails are sent where you have agreed to receive them or where the law permits. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without ending your membership, although you may no longer receive member offers by email.
Fair use
We may correct errors, reverse points awarded by mistake and suspend or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud or abuse. We will act fairly and explain material action where appropriate.
Changes or closure
We may amend or withdraw the programme with reasonable notice. If the programme closes, we will aim to provide a reasonable opportunity to use valid points, unless immediate action is required for legal, security or misuse reasons.
