Christmas Party Nights
5th, 11th, 12th and 18th December 2026. £59.95 per person. Please share these terms with every member of your party before booking.
Bookings & table sizes
Tables are available for 6, 8 or 10 guests. Any different group size will be charged at the full price of the table size reserved or the next available full table size. The lead booker is responsible for the booking, all payments and making these terms known to the whole party.
Deposit
A £15-per-person deposit secures the booking and forms part of the total price. It is non-refundable if you cancel, except where required by law.
Customer cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing. For cancellations received on or before 1 November 2026, the deposit will be retained. From 2 November 2026, the full booked amount becomes due. Any cancellation sum retained or charged will not exceed our reasonable losses and will take account of costs saved and any places we are able to resell.
Final payment & pre-orders
The full outstanding balance, one complete menu pre-order for the whole party and drinks package payments must be received by 23 November 2026. If payment is not received by the deadline, we may treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation terms above. Late menu changes or substitutions cannot be guaranteed.
Dietary requirements
All allergies and dietary requirements must be declared with the menu pre-order. We take reasonable care, but food is prepared in a working kitchen and we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment. Guests with serious allergies should contact us before booking.
Changes to your booking
Any reduction in guest numbers remains chargeable in accordance with the reserved table size and cancellation terms. Name substitutions may be accepted at our discretion, provided any menu and dietary changes are agreed in advance.
Conduct & alcohol
We may refuse admission or service, or require a guest to leave, where behaviour is abusive, unsafe, disruptive or intoxicated. No refund will be given in these circumstances. Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises. Proof of age may be required.
Damage & additional cleaning
The lead booker is responsible for reasonable costs arising from loss, damage or exceptional cleaning caused by their party. Charges will reflect the actual reasonable cost of repair, replacement or cleaning.
Venue changes or cancellation
We may make reasonable changes to the menu, entertainment or timings where necessary. If we cancel the event, guests will be offered a transfer or refund of monies paid to us. We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation or other consequential costs, except where the law provides otherwise.
Bedrooms & belongings
Bedrooms are subject to availability, separate booking and the accommodation terms supplied at reservation. Personal belongings are left at the owner's risk; nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
General
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. Statutory rights are unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Please contact us promptly if you have accessibility requirements or any questions before booking.
Christmas Supper
Thursday 10 December 2026. Three courses, £39.95 per person.

Merry Midweek Festive Lunch
Wednesdays 2nd, 9th and 16th December 2026. One sitting at 1pm. Three courses, £29.95 per person.
A £10-per-person deposit secures your booking and is deducted from the £29.95 total price. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, subject to the cancellation provisions below and your statutory rights.
The remaining £19.95 per person, complete menu pre-orders and all dietary requirements must be received by 30 November 2026. Bookings made after this date require full payment and menu choices at the time of booking.
Cancellation must be made in writing. For cancellations received on or before 15 November 2026, any cancellation charge will be limited to our actual losses, up to a maximum of £10 per person. From 16 November 2026, a cancellation charge of up to the full booking price may apply.
Any amount retained or charged will not exceed our actual losses arising directly from the cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to reduce those losses and account for costs saved and places resold. Payments already received will count towards any cancellation charge, and any excess will be refunded.
Reductions in guest numbers follow the same cancellation terms. Date changes are subject to availability and our written agreement.
If payment is not received by 30 November, we may treat the booking as cancelled after giving reasonable notice and apply the cancellation terms above.

Bottomless Christmas Afternoon Tea
Friday 4th, 11th and 18th December 2026. One sitting from 2.30pm to 4pm. £29.95 per person, including one arrival glass of fizz.
Reservations are required. A £10 deposit per person secures your booking and is deducted from the £29.95 total price. All deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining £19.95 per person will be paid on the day.
Cancellation must be made in writing. Any cancellations after 30 November 2026 will be fully chargeable to the card used to pay the deposit. The deposit already paid will count towards the full booking charge.
Reductions in guest numbers follow the same cancellation terms. Date changes are subject to availability and our written agreement.
Bottomless applies to the festive Afternoon Tea buffet, tea and coffee during the advertised sitting only. One arrival glass of fizz is included; additional alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
We are unable to offer vegan or gluten-free Christmas Afternoon Tea. Please discuss any allergies or other dietary requirements with us before booking. Our food is prepared in a working kitchen, and an entirely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
If we cancel the event, we will offer a transfer to an available alternative date or a refund of payments made to us. Statutory rights are unaffected.
